Standby / Sleep
If no button is pressed for a long time, the toaster will enter Standby mode. Standby mode can be
ended by pressing the Start/Stop button (1).
Reheat function
The Reheat function is used to briey warm up baked goods that have already cooled down too
much.
1. If the toaster is in Standby mode, rst press the Start/Stop button (1) to enter the menu.
2. Select a desired baked good using the preselection buttons (7) – (12).
3. Press the Reheat button (2). The duration will be shown in seconds on the display.
4. Press the Start/Stop button (1) to start the reheating process. The baked goods will auto-
matically be routed to the heating area. The remaining duration is shown on the display.
5. Once the remaining time has elapsed, the reheating process will stop, and the baked goods
can be removed.
WARNING! The baked goods may become very hot. Please remove them carefully.
6. IMPORTANT! The reheating process can be interrupted at any time by pressing the
Start/Stop button (1).
Defrost function
Frozen baked goods can be defrosted using the Defrost function.
1. If the toaster is in Standby mode, rst press the Start/Stop button (1) to enter the menu.
2. Select a desired baked good using the preselection buttons (7) – (12).
3. Use the buttons A to F (buttons for the degree of browning) to set the defrosting duration.
Level A corresponds to a defrosting time of one minute, and level F corresponds to a time
of 6 minutes.
4. Press the Defrost button (3). The duration will then be shown in minutes on the display.
5. Press the Start/Stop button (1) to start the defrosting process. The baked goods will auto-
matically be routed to the heating area. The remaining duration is shown on the display.
6. Once the remaining time has elapsed, the reheating process will stop, and the baked goods
can be removed.
