Problem Possible cause Solution
The food is
too warm
The temperature is not
properly adjusted.

The door was open for an
extended period.
Open the door only when
needed.
A large quantity of warm food
was placed in the appliance
within the last 24 hours.
Temporarily turn the
temperature regulation to
a colder setting.
The appliance is near a heat
source.
Please refer to the installation
location section.
The appliance
cools too
much
The temperature is set too
cold.
Temporarily turn the
temperature regulation knob
to a warmer setting.
Unusual
noises
The appliance is not levelled. Re-adjust the feet.
The appliance is touching the
wall or other objects.
Slightly move the appliance.
A component, e.g. a pipe, on
the back of the appliance is
touching another part of the
appliance or the wall.
If necessary, carefully bend
the component out of the way.
There is water
on the oor
The water drain hole is
blocked.
Refer to the Cleaning section.
The side panel
is hot
The condenser is inside the
panel.
This is normal.
