2.4. Troubleshooting
Caution!: Before troubleshooting, disconnect the power supply.
Only a qualied electrician of competent person should perform
any troubleshooting that is not in this manual.
Important!: The appliance produces some sounds during normal use
(compressor, refrigerant circulation), which is normal.
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance
does not work
The temperature regulation
knob is set at number “0”.
Set the knob at other number
to switch on the appliance.
The power plug is not
plugged in or is loose
Insert the power plug.
A fuse has blown or is
defective
Check the fuse, and replace it
if necessary.
The socket is defective
Any mains malfunctions are to
be corrected by an electrician.
Replace the lamp
The internal light is a LED type one.
To replace the lamp, please contact
a qualied technician.
• Keep the door open, and place a basin underneath the appliance to
collect all defrost water;
• When defrosting is complete, dry the interior thoroughly;
• Replace the plug back in the socket to run the appliance again.
