TROUBLESHOOTING
The washing machine may not function properly at times for specic reasons. Before contacting customer service, please check if the problem can
be solved with the aid of the following list.

Faults: Possible reasons/solutions:
The washing machine does not turn on
and/or the programme does not start
The machine is not plugged to the mains, or the plug has not been correctly inserted into the
socket.
There has been a power cut.
The lid is not properly closed.
The washing cycle does not start.
The "Start/Pause" button has not been pressed.
The tap is not open.
“Delay Start has been set.
The appliance is stuck in the middle of a
programme and the "Start/Pause" light
is ashing
The "Hydrostop" option has been activated (if available).
Programme has been changed - select the programme you want again and press the "Start/
Pause" button.
The appliance is vibrating
The washing machine is uneven.
The transport bracket has not been removed. Before commissioning the washing machine, the
transport bracket must be removed.
The spin results are bad. The laundry is
still very wet. The “Spin” icon is ashing,
or the spin speed on the display is
ashing, or the spin speed icon is
ashing at the end of the programme
- depending on the model
An unbalanced laundry load during spinning has delayed the spin phase in order to avoid
damage to the washing machine. The laundry is therefore still very wet. The reason for the
imbalance may be: small laundry loads (consisting of only a few moderately large or absorbent
objects, such as towels) or large/heavy pieces of laundry.
If possible, avoid small laundry loads.
The "Spin" button is set to a low speed.
"Service" icon lights up
Switch the machine o, unplug it and wait for about 1 minute before plugging it back in.
Should the problem continue, call the customer service.
"Pump" icon lights up
The water has not been pumped out of the washing machine.
Clean the water lter.
"No water" icon lights up The appliance has no water supply, or an insucient water supply.

Drum tabs open.
The appliance is stuck in the middle of the programme. The drum tabs were not closed properly.
Hold down the “Delete button for at least 3 seconds and wait until the “Door unlocked” light is
lit. Open the lid and close the drum tabs, select the desired programme and restart it. If the fault
persists, contact our customer service.
