Scegliete con attenzione la temperatura di cottura,
nel dubbio selezionate quella inferiore.
•
Distribuire il cibo in modo uniforme e omogeneo su
tutta la superficie della piastra, accertandovi che il
cibo appoggi completamente su di essa
(fig. 10).
•
É consigliabile NON tagliare i cibi direttamente sulla
piastra ma cucinare i pezzi già separati in piccole por-
zioni
(fig. 11).

Carefully select the cooking temperature; if in doubt,
select the lower cooking temperature.

Place the food evenly across the grill surface, ensuring
that the the food rests completely on the grill surface
(figure 10).

We advise that food is NOT directly cut up on the grill
surface, but that pieces are cooked having already been
divided into small, individual portions
(figure 11).
