Overlock Thread Delivery System
Looper Air Threading System
The Baby Lock Splendor revolutionizes the way a serger works with its overlock Thread Delivery
System. No longer do you manually adjust tension settings for the selected stitch type. Select
the overlock stitch you wish to serge, the Splendor will automatically feed the correct amount of
thread through the needles, the loopers and thread guides to form a perfect stitch every time.
Your Baby Lock Splendor is equipped with a Push to Thread Loopers button. Thread the loopers
all at once or individually using the Push to Thread Loopers button.
A quick burst of air allows the thread to ow through each looper with minimal effort.
Stitch Selector Lever
The stitch selector lever, which controls the overlock thread deliv-
ery system is located on the right side of the machine.
Select the appropriate setting: A, B, C, or D.
A - for overlock stitches using the left needle (O-1) and the looper
threads balanced.
B - for overlock stitches using the right needle (O-2) and the
looper threads balanced.
C - for narrow stitches with a short length and the looper threads
balanced.
D - for stitches that require a tight lower looper.
