If you see any of these icons, there is a problem with either the USB drive or the update le.

To conrm the DISPLAY update has been accepted by the machine, choose the 'i' icon on the

home page (show screen with updates) and look for the display version number to be updated. If

you don't see an updated version, contact Baby Lock Product Support 800.313.4110 for assistance.

Machine Update

Refer to the recommendation for USBs under updates before proceeding. After performing the

DISPLAY update (if needed) download the UN-ZIPPED machine update to the fully formatted

USB.

1. Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the bottom right side of the touchscreen on the

Gallant XL Stationary quilting machine.

 NOTE: The download must be unzipped and visible on the USB. This USB port is used for

both the Machine and Display updates.

You will see a progress bar like the one below while the MACHINE update is being completed.

After an update is complete, the display will go dark briey and reboot to the Home screen.
