Button Name Description
Wi-Fi Enables/disables Wi-Fi.
Bluetooth Enables/disables Bluetooth.
Battery Displays battery status.
Do Not Disturb Enables/disables Do-not-disturb mode.
Flashlight Turns on/off the flashlight.
Auto Rotate Enables/disables auto-rotate screen.
Airplane Mode Enables/disables Airplane Mode.
Location Enables/disables location recording function.
Logger Accesses the Log Collection screen.
Powering Down
All vehicle communications must be terminated before shutting down the tablet. A
warning message displays if you attempt to shut down the tablet while the VCI is
communicating with the vehicle. Forcing a shut-down while communicating may lead to
ECM (electronic control module) problems on some vehicles. Fully exit the Diagnostics
application before powering down.
To power down the tablet
Press and hold the Power/Lock button.
Tap Power Off.
Tap OK. The tablet will turn off in a few seconds.
Reboot System
In case of a system crash, press and hold the Power/Lock button to power off the tablet
and restart it.
To reboot the tablet
Press and hold the Power/Lock button.
Tap Restart.
Tap OK. The tablet will turn off and restart.
