Meat (Beef Jerky)
1. Cut the desired meat into strips approx. 2 cm wide.
2. Place the meat in the desired marinade and store in the fridge
for approx. 20 hours.
3. Dab the remaining marinade o the meat on kitchen paper.
4. Spread the strips of meat evenly over the trays of your dehydra-
tor.
5. Set the dehydrator to an operang temperature of approx. 65°C
and a me of approx. 7 hours.
6. Turn the meat strips during the process if necessary.
Note: Always remember that the values listed here are only guide-
lines.
7. Switch between °C and °F
You can switch the temperature unit between °C and °F by pressing
and holding the ‘Temperature’ buon for about 3 seconds.

9. Cleaning and care
1. Disconnect the dehydrator from the power source before clea-
ning.
2. At the end of the food drying process, wash the dehydrator with
warm water and a so cloth.
3. If necessary, clean the appliance with cleaning agents and wipe
it dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal brushes or organic
solvents. It is not permied to use the water ow to clean the
dehydrator or to immerse the housing in water or other liquids
for cleaning.
