ADJUSTING THE ZOOM TORQUE

You have the possibility to adjust the torque if the torque became too loose or too stiff on your Optimo Ultra Compact. The adjustment

must be done with cautious in a clean environment to prevent dust or particles pollution inside the lens.

PROCEDURE:

- Unscrew and remove the two screws holding the lens bracket

CAUTION: the lens bracket has integrated electronic parts

- Disconnect the connector between the lens and the lens bracket

- Remove the middle brand ring

- Now, you have access to the retainer adjustment (right picture)

- By screwing the retainer, you will apply more torque

- By unscrewing the retainer, you will apply less torque

- Put in place the middle brand ring

- Connect the connector between the lens and the lens bracket

- Put back in place the lens bracket and tighten it with the two screws
