7 - Open the iris so the guiding pin is free to go out.
8 - Put again the inner part of the IOP element spanner 66067121AA and rotate it anti-clockwise so it falls in the correct thread position.
9 - Rotate clockwise up to the end-stop. Do not apply more torque after you reached the end-stop.
10 - Pull out straightly the IOP element spanner. The iris sub-assembly will come out with the spanner.
11 - Untighten and remove the iris sub-assembly from the IOP element spanner
