Operation
How to use Hold mode
1. Touch on the Home screen.
2. Touch .
3. To hold by time, touch the number to the right of .
To hold by probe, touch the number to the right of .
Note: On QC3-100, Probe 1 = le probe receptacle, Probe 2 = middle probe receptacle,
Probe 3 = right probe receptacle
4. Enter desired hold time or probe temperature on the number pad, or touch
DEF
to select factory default.
5. Touch to enter and return to settings screen.
9. Touch to start the chilling process.
The screen will display the set chill temperature. Touch the icon to display the actual temperature.
Touch at any time to stop the chill cycle.
Touch at any time to go to the previous screen.
