Operation
How to use Chill mode
1. Touch on the Home screen.
2. Choose desired mode
3. To chill by time, touch the number to the right of
.
To chill by probe, touch the number to the right of .
Note: On QC3-100, Probe 1 = le probe receptacle, Probe 2 = middle probe receptacle,
Probe 3 = right probe receptacle
4. Enter desired chill time or probe temperature on the number pad, or touch
DEF
to select factory default.
5. Touch to enter and return to set-up screen.
6. To adjust the chill temperature, touch the number to the right of .
7. Enter desired chill temperature on the number pad, or touch

to select factory default.
8. Touch
to enter and return to set-up screen.
9. To assign a name to the probe (for HACCP data), touch

and enter a name on the keypad.
10. Touch
to enter and return to set-up screen.
Settings can be saved by touching and then . Using the keypad, enter a name for your saved settings.
Touch to save.
10. Touch
to start the chilling process.
The screen will display the set chill temperature. Touch the icon to display the actual temperature.
Touch at any time to stop the chill cycle.
Touch
at any time to go to the previous screen.
