5.4 File Manager
File Manager enables you to manage les that are saved to the internal memory and to the connected external
storages.
To access and manage your les, do the following:
1 On the Home screen, touch
to open File Manager.
2 Do any of the following based on your needs:
- In the Storage section, touch the storage device where you want to manage les. You can also see
the available and used space on the storage.
- Enter a keyword to the search bar to look for a le.
- Touch
and sort the les by name, size, time, or type.
- Touch
to refresh the view.
- In the Categories section, touch Picture to view all image les stored to the selected storage,
Audio/Video to view all audio and video les, apk to view all installation les, and Document to
view all documents.
- To open the le, simply touch it. To select le(s), long touch a le rst to enter the selection mode
and then select les. If you want to select all les, touch
. Then touch Copy or Cut to
Paste the les to your preferred location. Touch to create a new folder, to rename the selected
le, to share the le(s) via Bluetooth or email, to delete the selected le(s), and to close the
le preview.
Note:
♦ You can set the image le as the Home screen wallpaper or insert it to the Whiteboard session
directly from the File Manager. Long touch to select the image le and then touch Set as
wallpaper or Insert to whiteboard respectively.
3 To access cloud drive and remote le storage, scroll down the right-side menu and select the Cloud
Disk Space section. Follow the login instructions for each option, and you will be able to access
your les.
4 Press
to close the File Manager.
