Before first use and later on if the device becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth

dampened with a mild soapy solution. Then wipe it with a cloth dampened

with clean water and wipe it dry.

Troubleshooting

1. The device does not turn on. Possible reasons: the socket is defective;

overheat protection was activated. Solution: check if the outlet is working

properly by plugging in another device, if necessary reconnect the device to

a working socket; unplug the device and wait for it to cool down completely,

then turn it on again.

2. The device does not generate steam. Possible causes: the tank has no water

in it; the tank was installed incorrectly. Solution: fill the tank with water;

install the tank as shown in Fig. G.

3. Water drips from the steamer head or flows out of the tank. Possible causes:

the water has not heated to the required temperature; the tank is not closed

properly. Solution: wait about 35 s for the water to heat up; make sure the

tank is tightly closed.

supplier or an authorized service centre. Do not disassemble or attempt to

repair the device yourself.
