2.4 Cabinet Installation and Earth Grounding Setup
Follow the following steps to setup TPC-307W system, and please pay attention
that Ground pin of TPC-307W system should be connected to earth ground. Un-
der this circumstance, TPC-307W system could have the best performance such
as EMI immunity, ESD immunity, surge immunity and also system isolation. If the
TPC-307W system is embedded in the cabinet, the TPC-307W system’s ground,
cabinet’s ground and earth ground should be connected together.
2.4.1 Installing TPC into Cabinet.
1. Connect the cabinet to earth ground.
2. Embed null TPC-307W system into the cabinet without any I/O cable and
power.

2.4.2 System Wiring
1. Connect the cabinet to earth ground.
2. Ensure that all cabinet has been grounded together.
3. Connect the ground of the power supply to the cabinet.
4. Connect the ground pin of the TPC-307W system to the cabinet.
5. Connect the I/O to the controller if needed.
6. Connect the V+ and V- of power supply to the TPC-307W system.
7. While completing step 1 to 6 step by step, you can supply power to the
TPC-307W system now.
NOTE!
Make sure all wires follow the installation guidelines to avoid perfor-
mance issues.
