2.6.4 AC power is connected and all indicators are on, but the
system doesn't power on
POC system power and the green LED indicator are on.

2.6.5 No charge
Please check:
1. Make sure the battery pack is installed properly. Push the battery pack inside
the battery slot to make sure it is installed correctly.
2. Check that the cable is properly connected to DC-in.
3. The battery is designed to have a charge under 98% before it will receive a
charge. This design can avoids charging too frequently. In other words, if the
battery charge level is at 99% or 100%, the charger will not charge this battery.
Contact your distributor, sales representative, or Advantech's customer service cen-
ter for technical support if you need additional assistance. Please have the following
information ready before you call:
Product name and serial number
Description of your peripheral attachments
Description of your software (operating system, version, application software,
etc.)
A complete description of the problem
The exact wording of any error messages
Symptoms, photos or, video if available
