2.9 Reset Functions
To activate the reset function, press the recessed RESET button using a narrow
screwdriver or similar tool.
1. Factory Reset Upgrade: Before powering on, press and hold the RESET button.
After powering on, continue holding the RESET button for more than 5 seconds
before releasing to enter the factory reset upgrade state. The SIG, SIM, PL1,
and PL2 lights will blink simultaneously, and the IMAGE will restart for repro-
gramming.
2. Factory Reset: After powering on, wait for the PWR light to illuminate, then
press and hold the RESET button for more than 10 seconds before releasing to
enter the factory reset state. The PL1 and PL2 lights will blink together. This pro-
cess will restore all writable partitions (except the /mnt directory) to factory
default configuration files. This reset method does not reprogram the IMAGE but
only clears the old configuration files.
