The I/O user Interface is designed for the processing of binary input and control (setting)
of binary output. Binary output is open in the default configuration. The isolation strength is
1.5 kV. The pins are isolated from each other with the same strength.
The input circuits are bipolar and allow connection as needed with common plus or minus
(according to the connection of an external voltage).
