Example as below figure, open 2 IO channels, and set the Interval Timer to 3000 ms.
MQTT completes the connection at the 0th second of the timeline and enters the initial state. Start
timing the Publish Interval Timer, and publish all CH value topics for one round at a fixed interval of 50
ms. When the topic is published, the interval timer of the channel will be updated. When 2 IO channels are
turned on as shown in the figure, the first round takes a total of 100 ms. All CH value topics are published
and enter the normal state. The topic will be published at the end of each cycle according to the interval
timer of the initial state.
