CH value topics are published, the Deadband timer starts and enters the normal state. After each Deadband
Interval ends, it will check whether there is any IO change. If there is a change, the value topic of the
channel will be published. If multiple channels change, the corresponding channel value topics will be
published at the same time. The all data topic will publish the topic at the end of each cycle according to the
interval timer of the initial state.
Cyclic Interval : With Interval Setting as the interval, each channel will have its own Interval timer.
When the timer expires, the topic will be published.
