7. Warranty
Warranty Exclusion
1. Out of warranty period (if purchase proof is unavailable,
warranty will be calculated from the date the product is delivered
from the manufacturer).
2. Damage caused by not following the requirements of user
manual.
3. Unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.
4. Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning
strike, etc.
5. Headset storage bags, containers, windscreens, cushions, etc.
are excluded from warranty.
8. After Sales
Warranty Period
1. Within 15 days after receiving the product, Accsoon provides
replacement or complimentary maintenance for product quality-related
issues.
2. Under proper use and maintenance, from the date of receipt,
Accsoon provides a one-year warranty on the product (headsets
and the charger) and a three-month warranty for batteries. Accsoon
provides free maintenance service during the warranty period.
3. Please keep your proof of purchase and your user manual.
