Once you have lled in all the details and accepted the terms and conditions, please press the "Create
account" button. You will receive a verication code by email, which you then enter in the app.
As soon as the account has been activated, you can log into the app with your email address and the
password you have chosen.
Resetting the password:
In the event that you forget your password, you can reset the current password at any time. To do this,
rst press the "Forgot password?" button on the app login screen.
This will take you to the next page. Now enter the email address that matches your account and click
on the "Reset password" button. A conrmation email with a verication code will then be sent to the
email address you provided.
The app prompts you to enter the code. Once the code has been conrmed, you can assign a new
password and then log in again successfully.
2. IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE INITIAL START-UP
Please observe the following instructions before starting up for the rst time:
If you already have an ABUS One account, please use this account (email address and
password) to log in to the Smartvest Pro app so that you can add and use ABUS One
products in the Smartvest Pro app. In this case, please do not create a separate account.
For additional users, please create the account via the invitation in the app conguration
under "User management".
You can change the details you enter when creating an account (name, salutation, etc.)
later in the account settings.
As part of the account creation process, you will receive a security code by email to the
email address provided. Please enter this code in the app.
The account with which the alarm panel is initially put into operation automatically
receives the permission as "Admin" and is also dened as the owner. Admin rights
cannot be withdrawn from the owner and the owner has all permissions to manage the
alarm system, including deleting the alarm panel, removing other users, etc.
