2.5 Operation
Wake up the keypad –
before each operation
Wake up the keypad by pressing any button before an input. The
keypad illumination is activated and you can start entering the
desired command.
Arming
To arm the system, press the button. When using a keypad, set
an exit delay in the alarm mode settings menu in the app so that
you have enough time to leave the house before the system is
actually armed.
Arming the system
internally
To arm the system internally, press the button. By default,
motion detectors that are connected do not trigger an alarm in this
mode.
Disarming the system
To disarm the system press the button.
When using a keypad, set an entry delay in the alarm mode
settings menu in the app so that you have enough time to disarm
the system aer coming inside.
Aer pressing the button, verify yourself using a 4-digit PIN code
or ID key fob. Please hold the ID key fob in front of the marking
in the lower area of the keypad. Aer successful verication, the
indicator LED on the keypad ashes green and an acoustic signal
sounds.
Triggering a panic alarm
To trigger a panic alarm, press and hold the button for >5
seconds
Switching the keypad tones
o/on
You have the option of muting the button tones on your keypad.
To activate the mute function, wake up your keypad by pressing
any button.
Then briey press the panic button once, followed by button 1.
To deactivate the mute function, rst wake up your keypad by
pressing any button.
Then briey press the panic button once, followed by button 2.
