Using the tuner
Using the tuner function, you can tune guitars and other instruments.
1. Press and hold when the Home Screen is open.
This opens the Option Menu.
2. While pressing , press .
This opens the Tuner Screen.
NOTE
Sound through the input selected by the INPUT A/MIC (built-in) switch will be detected by the tuner.
3. Press , and to set each of the items.
Press these buttons to cycle through their setting values.
Button Explanation
TYPE This selects the tuner type, for example, chromatic.
FLAT Flat tuning of up to three semitones is possible.
CALIB This sets the standard pitch of A.
NOTE
• Flat tuning cannot be used when the tuner type is “Chromatic”.
• The standard pitch can be set from 435 to 445 Hz.
