❺ Troubleshoong
• Before you contact the retailer, carry out these few simple checks using the following tables
if a problem occurs.
• If the problem is not resolved, contact your retailer.
5.1 I Appliance behaviour
Malfuncon Possible causes Soluons
The display does not
work.
• The appliance is no longer
supplied with electricity.
• Check that the terminal block behind the
regulator is connected properly.
The indicator(s)
and/or is (are)
steadily lit, but the
appliance is not
heang.
• Non-compliant appliance
installaon.
• Contact a qualied technician.
The pool water is
hoer than requested.
• The regulator is not
operang correctly.
• Check that the power contactor is not
damaged.
• Check that the temperature sensor is
properly inside its thermowell.
The
indicator is
lit on the appliance
alongside the message
"iA" (no audible
signal).
• No ow.
• Fail-safe thermostat has
been tripped
• Check the ow switch and wiring
• Check the fail-safe thermostat and wiring
• Reset the thermostat:
- Remove the cap on the side of the
appliance,
- Press the centre buon
The
indicator is
lit on the appliance
alongside the message
"Pr" (+ audible
signal*).
• The regulaon sensor is out
of service or disconnected.
• Check the regulator sensor and wiring
• Contact a qualied technician to replace the
regulaon
If the problem connues, contact your retailer.
