The created meeting can be seen on the timeline. Red indicates that it is in progress, green indicates that it
is about to start, and gray indicates that it has ended.
After the software completes the reservation, the meeting can be distributed to the bound device. Go to
the firmware menu Meeting Management -> Meeting List to view it.
Click the meeting to see the specific participants. the black fonts indicates that someone have checked in
and the red fonts indicates that someone have not checked in.
