11 OPERATION
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport damage or
missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be placed immediately after initial
machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please understand that
later claims cannot be accepted anymore.
11.1 Assembly
Mount the handle with bolts M12x60, washers and lock
nuts.
11.2 Operating
Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be used.
Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection
for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the device.
ATTENTI ON
Do not cut close to the edge of the stone.
This could result in cracking and crumbling or damaging of the blades.
1. Rise the handle and support it with the stop
latch as shown in the picture
2. Spin the height adjustment wheel to open the
blades far enough apart to insert the stone to
be split.
3. Place the stone in center of the blades and
position the stone to the required cutting line
4. Loosen the stop latch
5. Adjust the height adjustment wheel to set
the top blade. The handle should be appr.
15° above the horizontal when resting on the
stone before cutting.
