There are two kinds of protection, NTC open circuit and NTC short circuit,
and the detection is divided into the following conditions:
1. Power-on:
• After power-on and full display for 1 S, the NTC is short-circuited, the
buzzer sounds 10 times, the full screen ashes, and the protection state is
entered, and the nixie tube displays E2.
2. In standby mode:
• The NTC is short-circuited, the buzzer sounds 10 times, the full screen
ashes, the protection state is entered, and the nixie tube displays E2.
3. Under working conditions:
• NTC open-circuit time is more than 1 minute, the buzzer sounds 10 times,
the full screen ashes, it enters the protection state, and the nixie tube
displays E1.
• The NTC is short-circuited, the buzzer sounds 10 times, the full screen
ashes, the protection state is entered, and the nixie tube displays E2.
• After entering the protection, the heating and the fan will stop immediately.
• Open circuit and short circuit alarms are not detected in the self-check
state.
4. When the working temperature is greater than 250-270 degrees
Celsius ° C., enter the standby state.
Note: When entering the protection state, the buzzer will sound 10 times,
the full screen will ash, all keys will be invalid, and the standby state will be
entered after the NTC is normal.
