Calibration function
After pressing the power key to enter the menu selection state, do not
select any menu, press the start key for a long time, the buzzer will sound
briey, and enter the calibration state. For the machine that has not been
calibrated, the start and stop key will ash in the menu selection state;
After the new machine has been assembled, it must be calibrated in a cold
pan.

Machine status
1. Standby state: turn o the fan, heating, stove light, and only the power
button on the panel is always on;
2. Menu selection interface: there are 6 menu keys, the stove lamp key
is always on, the start key is always on, the power key is usually on, and
the ring light is usually on. The nixie tube displays “-- -- --”. After selecting
the corresponding menu, the corresponding menu ashes. When selecting
the manual mode, the time key, temperature key, and plus or minus key are
on. The nixie tube displays the corresponding temperature and time. When
modifying the time, the time key ashes. When modifying the temperature, The
temperature key ashes;
Note: Only the START key and the POWER key are illuminated on the
menu selection screen of the uncalibrated machine.
3. Working status: The fan and heating tube are started according to the
control logic, the selected menu key is on, other menu keys are o, the oven
lamp key is always on, and the power key is always on. Annular lamp and nixie
tube display annularly. After the start-stop key is always on, the power-down
