Temperature test mode
In the menu selection mode, long press S3 shrimp and S12 sh
at the same time to enter the working mode, working at 200 degrees
Celsius for 1 hour.

Factory mode
Press S2 chicken wings and S13 cake at the same time to enter the
factory mode within 5S after powering on.
After entering the factory mode:
The light in the French fries area lights up and
the nixie tube displays “0000”.
Press S1 for fries
The light in the steak area lights up and the
nixie tube displays “1111”.
Press S14 Steak
The light in the chicken wing lighting area
lights up and the nixie tube displays “2222”.
Press S2 chicken wings
The light in the cake lighting area lights up and
the nixie tube displays “3333”.
Press S13 Cake
Shrimp light area lights up and the nixie tube
displays “4444”
Press S3 Shrimp
The sh light area lights up and the nixie tube
displays “5555”.
Press S12 Fish
The stove lamp area lights up, the stove lamp
lights up, and the nixie tube displays “6666”.
Press S5 for the oven light
The manual area light is on and the nixie tube
displays “7777”.
Press S10 manually
The temperature zone light is on and the nixie
tube displays “8888”.
Press S6 for temperature
The time zone light is on and the nixie tube
displays “9999”
Press S9 time
The area lamp lights up, and the nixie tube displays
the reading of the electrolytic capacitor
Press S7 to add
Subtract by S8
Decreasing area light is on, and the nixie tube
displays NTC reading
