BEFORE FIRST USE
Before rst use, thoroughly wash all parts that come into contact with food (beater and kneading attachments)
in hot water using neutral dish-washing detergent. Then rinse everything with clean water and allow to dry
naturally or dry out thoroughly using a wiping cloth. The attachments are also suitable for washing in a
dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleansers, which could scratch the surface.
Attention:
Do not rinse or submerge the motor unit (1) and its power cord in water.
DO NOT USE NONSTICK COOKWARE WITH THE HAND MIXER.
HOW TO USE
Installation of beater mixers or hooks:
1. Make sure that the switch (6) is in the „0” position and that the mixer is disconnected from the mains.
2. Insert the beater or hook with drive gear into the smaller hole in the mixer. Push the beater or hook until
it clicks into place.
3. Insert the beater or hook without the drive gear into the smaller hole in the mixer. Push the mixer or hook
until it clicks into place.
ATTENTION! Always use both beaters or hooks at the same time. Do not install the beater and hook at
the same time.
Turn on the mixer and change the speed
1. Connect the mixer’s power cord to the mains and move the switch (6) to the „I” position
2. Use the mixing speed switch (8) to increase or decrease the speed. To turn off the mixer, set the switch
(6) to the „0” position
3. The mixer should not run for longer than 5 minutes at a time. After this time, unplug it from the power
supply until it cools down completely.
Connecting to the mounting base
1. Install the beater/hook set into the mixer
2. Place the front of the mixer on the mounting base (the mixer rods will t into the appropriate slots) and
then press the mixer down to lock it on the mounting base, which will be signaled by a gentle click of the
latch. Check that the mixer and mixer mounting base are securely locked.
3. Place the food items into the bowl, then place the bowl lid on the mixer’s mounting base
4. Connect the mixer to the mains and turn it on (see: Turning on the mixer and changing the speed)
PRACTICAL ADVICE
- For better mixing quality, put the liquid ingredients into the bowl rst and then add the dry ingredients
- You can use a dough scraper to control the mixing of food products while the mixer is running. If you nd
that some of the products wrap around the hooks/mixers during mixing, you can use a scraper to remove
them. Before using the scraper, stop the mixer and remove the lid from the bowl
ATTENTION! Always before assembling/disassembling the mixer on the base and the stirrers in the mixer,
make sure that the mixer is disconnected from the power supply.
After nishing work
1. Disconnect the mixer from the mains
2. Remove the cover (2) from the bowl (3).
