INSTALLATION
Preparation for assembly
The product should be unpacked, completely removing all packaging elements. It is recommended to keep the packaging, it may
be helpful during later transport and storage of the product. Check the product for damage. In the case of
If any damage is found, do not use the product until the damage has been repaired or the damaged parts have been replaced with
new, damage-free parts. Check that all the parts indicated in illustrations (II) and (III) are included in the package to make sure that
no parts are missing. After making sure that all the parts are in place, you can start assembly by following the steps listed below.
Personal protective equipment such as protective gloves, eye protection and protective clothing should be worn during installation.
Trailer assembly
Installing the lower panels and support tubes (IV)
Connect the lower left panel to the lower right panel, making sure all the pieces are in place. Then attach the support tubes to the
panels using four M8x35 mm screws and M8 nuts.
Attaching the drawbar bracket (V)
Attach the drawbar bracket to the lower panels using two M8x20 mm screws and M8 nuts.
Attaching the wheel axle support (VI)
Assemble the two wheel axle supports and secure them to the lower panels using eight M8x35 mm bolts and M8 nuts. Pre-tighten
the nuts, leaving room for adjustment.
Attaching the Wheel Axles (VII)
Center the drawbar assembly in the wheel axle bracket.
Slide the axle through the hole, feeding it through both the axle bracket and the drawbar assembly.
Tighten all fasteners from the previous step.
Attaching the Wheels (VIII)
Place a 16mm fl at washer on the axle, slide the wheel onto the end of the axle, add a second 16mm fl at washer and secure with
a 3mm R-shaped cotter pin. Then repeat this process on the other side of the axle.
Attaching the Side Panels (IX)
Attach the left and right side panel assemblies to the bottom panel using the four hinge pins.
Attaching the Front Panel (X)
Attach the front panel to the bottom panel and secure with the two hinge pins. Then lock the left and right side panel assemblies
in place using the handle.
Attaching the Back Panel (XI)
Slide the rear panel into the slots located on the rear side panels.
Note! The rear panel pins must pass through the holes in the side panels to lock the panel in place.
PREPARING FOR WORK
Correct tire pressure
ATTENTION! Always check the tire pressure before starting work.
The trailer is equipped with pneumatic wheels. The recommended tire pressure is 2.1 BAR / 30 PSI. The tires must be infl ated
before starting work. Do not exceed the recommended tire pressure. Always infl ate the tires to an even pressure. Incorrect or
uneven tire pressure can lead to trailer instability when towing, which can create dangerous situations.
Connecting the trailer
To connect the trailer to the machine, align its hitch with the machine’s handle. Then connect the hitch to the handle, making
sure that the hitch’s locking pin fully enters the handle hole located on the machine’s rear plate. Finally, make sure that the pin is
properly locked in the handle and will not change its position during operation, which will ensure a stable and safe connection.
MAINTENANCE
After each use, clean the inside of the trailer of any remaining materials. Then rinse and dry thoroughly both the inside and outside
