Symptom
Possible causes and solutions
Device only operates
for a few minutes
even after charging
The device will automatically switch off approx. 10 minutes after it has been turned on.
Low battery. Charge the battery (page 14).
The battery has expired. Consult the Global After Service (https://www.ya-man.co.jp/en/support/repair/)
or your local distributor.
The device does not
turn on
Press the POWER ON/UP button down for 1 second or longer (page 16).
The device has run out of power. Charge the battery (page 14).
The device does not
start charging
Connect an AC adapter (commercially available) to a power outlet (page 14).
Connect the USB charging cable to the main unit (page 14).
An electronic sound can be
heard during operation
This is a normal operating sound. This is not a malfunction.
The battery does not charge properly. Check that the LED is flashing white and that charging has started.
The charging terminals of controllers or/and USB cable may be dirty. Wipe off the dirt.
Be sure to attach the magnetic charging terminal in the correct direction. Charging will not begin if the
magnetic charging terminal is attached in a wrong direction.
