9.7 Användning av grillugn med varmluft
Grillugnsvredet påverkar inte varmluftsugnens funktion.
Grillugnen med naturlig konvektion är utrustad med:
ett värmeelement i botten
ett värmeelement placerat högst upp i ugnen (+grill).
9.7.1 Slå på grillugnen för första gången
Den första gången grillugnen används kan den börja att ryka eller
avge en skarp lukt som orsakas av oljerester från tillverkningen,
vilket kan ge obehagliga dofter eller smaker till maten. Innan du
sätter in mat i ugnen ska du slå på grillugnen på maximal
temperatur i 30–40minuter med luckan stängd och vänta tills
eventuell rök eller lukt har upphört.
Det är möjligt att slå på grillugnen genom att vrida vredet till
önskad temperatur (från 50°C till MAX) eller funktion .

9.4.5 Cooking with the grill + roasting spit (with closed door)
Turn the function switch knob to position ; turn the thermostat knob in correspondence with the
maximum temperature value. The grill and spit operate at the same time, allowing for cooking on
the spit.
9.4.6 Cooking with the roasting spit (with closed door)
If your oven model has a roasting spit, proceed as follows:
• Slide the meat to be cooked on the spit rod A and secure it with the adjustable forks.
• Hang the hook B at the top of the oven as shown in the figure.
• Place the spit rod A into the hole C in the oven casing; before closing the oven door, make
sure that the rod A is correctly inserted into the hole C (insert the rod and turn it slightly back
and forth).
• Hang the other end of the spit rod to the hook B (the
pulley of the rod A is situated on the handle of the
hook B).
• Close the oven door and activate the spit by turning
the function selector knob to the
position.
• When cooking is completed, open the oven door and
remove the spit rod using the plastic handle D, which
is screwed into the base of the rod A.
9.4.7 Defrosting
Turn the function switch knob to position , turn the thermostat knob to position : in this way the
motor fan is activated, which moves the air inside the oven and encourages frozen food to defrost.
9.4.8 Switching off the oven
The oven is switched off by returning the thermostat knob to position .
och låt grillugnen förvärmas i cirka 5minuter. För korrekt drift ska
grillgallret placeras på den andra falsen från botten. Det är möjligt att variera grillgallrets position
efter personlig smak och olika tillagningsbehov. Ett kylsystem förhindrar att vredet överhettas.
9.7.3
Vrid vredet till önskad temperatur och placera maten på önskad nivå (undvik att placera maten
längst ned). På så sätt kommer maten att tillagas både ovanifrån och underifrån av de två
värmeelementen.
För differentierad uppvärmning över eller under maten ska du ställa in funktionsvredet i läge
(övervärme) eller (undervärme).
9.7.4
Stäng av ugnen genom att vrida vredet tillbaka till läge ”0”.
