• Never open the device. The device may only be opened for maintenance by an authorised
service technician.
• Never insert objects into the ventilation openings.
• Never submerge the device in water or other fluids.
• Always place the appliance on a dry and moisture-resistant surface.
• Never use the device in a damp space, like a bathroom, or nearby a bath, shower or
swimming pool.
• Never install the appliance above a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine or
dryer.
• Only use the power cable installed on the appliance from the factory. Do not change the
power cable.
CAUTION!
TRIP HAZARD DUE TO LOOSE CABLES. Never leave the power cable in such a way that
someone could trip over it or accidentally pull it.
RISK OF BURNS FROM HEAT.
• Never touch the hot parts of the device. Only touch the operating panel or wait until the device
is cooled down completely.
• Always allow the appliance to cool completely and remove the plug from the earthed socket
before maintenance or cleaning.
• Never place metal objects such as knives, forks, spoons or lids on the cooking zone. Metal
objects may become hot.
• After use, always switch off the appliance via the control panel.
• Always place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface.
• Children, legally incompetent persons and domestic animals must be supervised while using
the appliance. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance must not be used by children under 8 years of age.
• This device is not meant for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or
mental capacity or with lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision
or received instruction regarding the use of the device from someone who is responsible for
their safety.
