How to operate your whisk
Only use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites and
mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.

Insert the whisk (H) into the whisk gear box (G)

Insert the gear box into the main unit (C) and turn to lock.

Place the whisk in the beaker/other vessel, then press the power
button (low speed or high speed) to mix the food.
Note:
– Use a wide vessel.
– Only whip up to 400ml chilled cream (min. 30% fat content,
4-8ºC).
– Only whip up to 4 egg whites.
– Move the whisk clockwise.

After use, unplug the blender and turn the blending attachment
to unlock and remove it.
How to operate your chopper attachment
The chopper is perfectly suited for chopping meat, onions, herbs,
garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc. It is not recommended
to use the chopper to chop fl our or cheese.
Important notes before chopping
– Pre-cut meat (200g, 2 cm cubes), onions (100g), garlic,
carrots(200g), chillies.
– Remove stalks from herbs, de-shell nuts.
– Remove bones, tendons and gristle from meat.

Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade (J).
Caution: The blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper
plastic part.

Place the blade on the centre pin of the small chopper bowl (K).
Always place the small chopper bowl on the anti-slip base (L).

Put the food into the small chopper bowl.

Put the small chopper gear box (I) onto the small chopper bowl (K).

Insert the main unit (C) into the gear box and turn to lock.

Press the power button to operate the chopper. During
processing, hold the main unit with one hand and the chopper
bowl with the other.

The blender mixing speed can be adjusted by pressing “Power
button 1” (Low speed) or “Power button 2” (High speed).
Note: Do not
chop extremely
hard foods, such
as nutmeg, coffee
beans or grains.
