Instruction
1. Ensure the power is properly connected and check for any debris in the bucket before
starting.
2. Start the machine and check if the spiral is rotating in the correct direction. If it is running in
reverse, adjust the three-phase power connection to correct it. Confirm everything is
functioning properly before proceeding.
3. Do not place iron or other hard materials into the cast hopper.
4. Stop the machine immediately if abnormal noise occurs, and only restart after identifying
and resolving the issue.
5. It is recommended to install the machine in a dedicated workspace.
Maintenance
1. It is recommended to have sufficient ventilation space above the machine to ensure proper
heat dissipation from the motor, which can extend its lifespan.
2. Lubricating oil should be added to the nozzle tip of the bottom bearing every 30 days,
depending on the production state.
3. Regularly check the belt for looseness. If loose, loosen the motor mounting bolts and use
special tools to adjust the motor outward until the belt is properly tensioned.
4. If the machine is used to mix different coloured materials, clean the bucket with an air
pressure gun and mop. Do not rinse with water directly to avoid rusting the chassis.
5. Shut off the power when the machine will not be in use for an extended period.
