Fix the outlet chute of the
material to be processed
3.4. Device use
• Make sure that the material to be processed is not larger than 50 mm in diameter and is free of hard
objects such as stones or small metal parts (screws, nails, staples, etc.).
• Place a bag on the waste outlet end (4) and clamp it well on the end.
• Place a suitable container under the discharge chute of the processed material (5).
• Start the machine by pressing the ON button (1).
• After starting the machine, feed a small amount of raw material into the inlet chute (3). Do not throw
too much raw material into the machine at once as this can lead to blockages!
• When the desired amount of raw material has been completely processed, switch off the machine
using the ‘OFF’ button (1).
IMPORTANT: except in emergencies, never switch off the machine while the raw material is being
processed, as this can lead to blockages inside the machine and make it difficult to restart.
3.5. Cleaning and maintenance
a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
• Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it again.
d) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
e) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
f) Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
g) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
h) The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
i) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
j) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
k) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
