• Remove the clamping nut lock.
• Unscrew the clamping nut with the supplied spanner.
• After the clamping nut is removed , the holes for
attaching the bracket can be seen. To remove the die,
rst attach the bracket using the screws marked as 1
and 2 in the picture. Then slowly screw in the screw
No. 3, the die will start to rise slightly.
• Remove the die. Clean it or replace it with a new one,
as the need may be.
• When re-installing the die into place and re-
assembling the device, proceed in the reverse order
as during disassembly.
REPLACEMENT / REMOVAL OF THE DIE
To replace / remove the die, follow these steps:
• Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
• Unscrew the hopper and remove it from the machine.
• Unscrew the top part of the casing, gently pull the
rollers out and remove the casing. Clean both.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE ROLLERS
The distance between the rollers and the die should be in
the range of 0.1-0.3 mm. The die should be able to rotate
freely under the rollers. The adjustment is made with the
screws marked in the drawing below.
NOTE !: The screws should be identically tightened. If
they are tightened too much, one of the rollers may stop
turning and / or the roller may become deformed. Also,
do not increase the pressure of the rollers by tightening
the screws in the event that the die is clogged.
LUBRICATING THE ROLLERS AND THE DIE
IMPORTANT: The rollers and the die should be lubricated
with bearing grease each time after 8 hours of machine
operation.
Press in the grease with the grease gun supplied with
the kit. Insert the end of the grease gun into the grease
injection hole as shown in the gure below

OIL CHANGE
Change the oil after the rst 60 hours of operation. To do
this, you need to:
• Drain the waste oil from the reservoir. Place a waste
oil container under the machine and undo the screw
marked „b“ in the gure below. Wait for the oil to
drain out. Tighten the screw „b“.
NOTE: Waste oil must be disposed of in accordance
with local regulations.
• To pour fresh oil into the box, unscrew the oil ller
cap marked „a“ in the gure below. Pour in the oil
and close the ller cap.

• 5 kg of ne sand (optional),
• 1,5 l of vegetable, used or dirty oil
b) Mix all ingredients in a bucket until to prepare
a mixture like in the photo below.
c) Press the mixture 80 to 90 times through the die,
until the granules coming out of the chute meet the
quality requirements.
j) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance,
agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage
the device.
k) Regularly lubricate the machine as per the
instructions.
GRINDING A NEW DIE
IMPORTANT! the die is a consumable part - its
service life is approx. 300 working hours or 30 days
(daily use for approx. 6 hours). The used element is
not subject to warranty. If the wear of the die is 4
mm, replace it with a new one.
Before rst use, a new die should be polished and cleaned
using the following process:
