UNDERSTANDING THE UNIT

To reduce the risk of personal injury and product failure, read and understand the information in this user manual and the information
on the product labeling.

Index Number Component Description
1 Switch lever Pull the switch lever after pressing the switch button to initiate operation. Maintain hold of
the switch lever and handle during operation. Release the switch lever to stop operation.
2 Switch button Press the switch button to initiate the unit.
3 Quick-set wrench Use the quick-set wrench to secure the upper handle to the unit. Use the quick-set wrench to
adjust the handle height. Use the quick-set wrench to adjust the upper handle for transporta-
tion. NOTE: Be sure the battery packs are disconnected from the unit before transportation.
4 Quick-adjustment knob Use the quick adjustment knob to fold the handle for transportation.
5 Height-adjustment lever Use the mowing height adjustment lever to adjust the desired mowing height.
6 Battery cover The battery cover provides storage and protection to the battery pack while the unit is in
operation.
7 Grass catcher The grass catcher is the storage area for debris during operation. NOTE: Be sure to empty
the grass catcher periodically during operation. Do not allow the grass catcher to overfill.
8 Mulching plug Use the mulching plug to release the finely cut grass clippings from the unit during operation.
9 Dual-seat charger Use the dual-set charger to charge the 4 aH battery pack.
10 4 Ah battery pack Use the 4 Ah battery pack as a power supply for the unit.
