ATTENTION: TO INSURE SAFE AND EASY USE OF YOUR WESCO VALUE LIFT
STACKER, READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS ENTIRELY BEFORE USING.
3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Use on a level paved surface.
2) Don’t load over the maximum capacity and make sure load is balanced.
3) To cool the temperature of the power pack motor, stop use for a few minutes after continuous use with
a load. Otherwise, it can cause damage to the power pack.
4) Recharge the battery when it runs low on power. Do not discharge the battery completely.
5) Don’t touch the chain or any other moving parts on the unit.
6) Close the electric control box before use.
4. INSPECTION BEFORE USE
1) Ensure all parts are undamaged and in working condition. Do not use the stacker and contact the local
supplier if any parts are missing or defective.
2) Check the electric control box.
3) Ensure oil level is optimal and no oil leakage is occurring in the hydraulic system.
4) Check battery power level. The battery has been charged before shipment, but due to extended
delivery times, it can become low.
5) Check the performance of lifting and lowering the fork without a load.
6) Make sure there is no oil leakage a load is lifted or lowered.
5. OPERATION
5.1
Lift/Lowering the Platform (Fork)
1) Lock the parking brake.
2) Turn the switch to ON, there is power and the voltage meter shows over 10.5V.
3) Press the LIFT button, the fork will lift up. Release the button, the fork will stop at its present position, it
will not descend.
4) Press the LOWER button, the fork will descend. Release the button, the fork will stop at its current
position, it will not continue to descend.
5) To prolong the service life of the electric pump, it is necessary to release the button when the fork
reaches the top position.
6) The electric pump is provided with a relief valve. When the load is over 120% of the capacity, the fork
will not lift.
7) Do not leave the stacker lifting a load continuously in order to preserve the motor.
8) When moving the stacker, the clearance between the fork and ground should be more than 8 inches
(200mm).
9) In order to maintain the stability of the stacker, it should be moved slowly while transporting a load.
10) To ensure safety, turn the switch to OFF and remove the switch key after operation.
