Beauty Line Exclusive 2:
Montera sugarmen (B) på arbetsbordet med hjälp av medföljande tvingar. Fäst munstycket
(C) på sugarmen (B). Montera anslutningsslangen (E) mellan anslutningsröret (1) och
sugarmen (B). Anslut nätkabeln (D) på aggregatet (7).
OBS! Gasltermediat kan damma något efter transport. Uppstart bör ske i
lämplig lokal.
7. Underhåll och service
Byte av förlter
Byte av förlter ska göras när ltret larmar.
1. Stäng av ltersystemet (8).
2. Öppna låsen (5) och lyft upp locket (2).
3. Tag bort förltret genom att dra i
den svarta anslutningsröret, se bilden.
4. Montera ett nytt förlter.
5. Sätt tillbaka locket (2) och stäng låsen (5).
Om larmet återkommer efter att förltret är bytt, så
är huvudltret förbrukat och behöver bytas. Se ”Byte
av huvudlter” nedan.
Placera sugarmen på arbetsbordet. Det är viktigt att sugarmen placeras i rätt position på
bordet, se punkt 5 - Handhavande.
Starta aggregatet med tryckknappen på kontrollpanelen (8).

Byte av huvudlter
1. Stäng av ltersystemet (8).
2. Öppna låsen (5) och lyft upp locket (2).
3. Lyft ur huvudltret
4. Märk det nya ltret med aktuellt datum på
ettiketten.
5. Montera det nya ltret.
6. Sätt tillbaka locket (2) och stäng låsen (5).
7. Nollställ ltret genom att trycka på tryck
knappen i 10 sekunder tills kvittens signal
hörts. Om larmindikatorn fortsätter lysa
och larmet återkommer, så är huvudltret
förbrukat, se nedan Byte av huvudlter.
För att säkerställa en tillfredsställande funktion bör
munstycke, sugarmar och anslutningsrör rengöras
regelbundet.

5. Management
The nozzle can be placed over or along the
workbench. Filtronic recommend that the
nozzle comes from the side-ways to get the
best capturing area.
When grinding nails, place the nozzle as
close as possible to the nails to amount the
particles to escape in the room.
When using liquids, place the nozzle 7-8 cm
from the open cans. Even the lter will be
used faster. 7-8 cm is enough to catch the
gases.
NOTE! Napkins or small cans can be sucked
into the arm if they are placed too close to
the nozzle.
6. Trouble shooting
Do not modify the lter system. Repairs must be performed by
personnel trained by Filtronic.
- If the lter system is out of order, please check:
- that the electricity supply is connected in a correct way.
- the fuse.
- If alarm sounds when starting and red alarm indicator (9) ashes:
Recommended lter lifetime is exceeded.
Indicates that it is time to change the main lter. Restore the alarm by pressing the
button (8) on the control panel for 10 seconds, until you hear a ready signal and plan
for lter exchange. See ”Exchange of main lter” under headline 7 ”Maintenance and
service”.
-If alarm sounds when starting and red alarm indicator (9) is lighted:
Suction capacity is low.
Restore the alarm by pushing the button (8), on the control panel, in 10 seconds, until
you hear a ready signal. Check nozzle and tube, clean if necessary. If the alarm comes
back after a few minutes, it is time to change lter. Change the pre lter, if the alarm
still comes back, the main lter has to be exchanged. See exchange of lter under head-
line 7 ”Maintenance and service”.
If the alarm is not taken care of, the lter system will stop within ve minutes to pro-
tect against overheating.
The main lter should be changed at least once a year to guarantee the separation
degree on gases.
