Step 3 - Install the Nexxa panels

• Interlock the Nexxa panels as
shown, overlapping the smaller
castellations with the larger.
• Rotate the cut panel 180° and
interlock with the preceding
Nexxa panel.
• Once the room has been in-lled
with the Nexxa panels fold the
polyethylene skirt over the Nexxa
panels and tape into position.
• On the second Nexxa panel,
remove the rst outer row of
larger castellations along its
length.
• To complete the rst run of Nexxa
panels, rotate the last Nexxa
panel 180° and place against the
wall. Measure the distance from
the wall to the rst pipe channel
on the preceding Nexxa panel.
• Cut the Nexxa panel to size with
the utility knife.
• Remove the castellations from cut
Nexxa panel along its length.

• Use the o-cut from the previous
panel to begin the second run of
Nexxa panels.
