Warning. Make sure before assembling the
maintenance unit that the maintenance unit
is disconnected from the air supply.
Connecting the maintenance unit (Fig. A)
• Insert the connector (1) of the maintenance unit
into the quick coupler on the air hose. When
pushing, the connector clicks into place to
secure the maintenance unit.
Disconnecting the maintenance unit (Fig. A)
When releasing the quick coupler, be sure to hold
the coupling to protect yourself from injury from
the rebounding hose.
• Pull back the sleeve on the quick coupler and
remove the the maintenance unit.
Mounting the maintenance unit on a wall (Fig. A)
For wall mounting, fi rst use the mounting bracket
(12) to mark the desired location on the wall, Then
attach it using the included mounting hardware.
Filling the oil reservoir (Fig. A)
• Turn the locking ring (7) clockwise. Fill the
oil reservoir (6) with appropriate compressor
oil until it reaches the maximum mark. Then,
reattach the oil reservoir (6) by tightening it
manually, turning it counterclockwise until it’s
tight without using any tools.
Preparing the maintenance unit before fi rst use
(Fig. A)
• First release the lock by pulling the pressure
regulator (3) upwards. Turn the compressed air
regulator (3) counterclockwise to set it to the
lowest level. Press the compressed air regulator
(3) down to lock in the desired settings.
• Then connect the compressed air supply line
from the compressed air source to the inlet
connector (1) of the compressed air mainte-
nance unit.
• Then attach the desired tool to the outlet con-
nector (2) of the compressed air maintenance
unit. A triangle on the unit’s surface shows the
direction of airfl ow.
4. OPERATION
Setting the working pressure (Fig. A)
• The working pressure of the compressed air
source is shown on the pressure gauge (11).
• To adjust the pressure, fi rst release the lock by
pulling the air regulator (3) upwards. Turn the
regulator counterclockwise to decrease the
pressure and clockwise to increase it. Once you
have set the desired pressure, lock the regula-
tor by pressing the air regulator (3) down.
Draining the condensation (fi g. A)
• You can check the condensation level through
the transparent viewing surfaces. The stored
condensation can be drained trough the con-
densation drain (10).
