Troubleshooting
The receiver is not powering on or the battery LED is ickering.
• The internal battery is likely out of power and needs to be charged.
• It takes about 4 hours to charge the battery from dead to full.
What do I do if my mics are cutting out, or sound is not clear?
• Make sure both antennas are rmly attached to their posts.
• Keep the receiver away from uorescent lights.
• Make sure microphones are being used within the operational range.
• Ensure the microphones batteries are not depleted.
I am not getting audio output from one of the mics. (Ex: Mic A)
• Ensure you have the correct channel volume knob turned on and turned up. (The channel A and B volume knob for
Mic A)
• Check the balance knob. (If the A/B balance
