EQ Mode Selection
To select and EQ mode, simply press the EQ MODE button on either the FRONT PANEL or REMOTE CONTROL
repeatedly until the EQ setting you desire is displayed in the GRAPHIC DISPLAY. There are eight available EQ
modes:
Flat
Use this setting when no equalization is desired. This setting is ideal for assessing audio signals or providing an
unfiltered signal for external processing.
Low-end Boost
Use this setting to increase medium-low end bass response. This setting is ideal for audio with thin or "tinny"
bass response.
High-end Boost
Use this setting to increase medium-high end treble response. This setting is ideal for audio with reduced high-
end fidelity.
Mid-range Cut
Use this setting to reduce mid-range response. This setting is ideal for decreasing the "presence" of vocals or
similar instrument voice within audio.
Mid-range Boost
Use this setting to increase mid-range response. This setting is ideal for increasing the "presence" of vocals or
similar instrument voice within audio
Lower/Higher Mid-range Boost
Use this setting to increase medium-low and medium-high end response. This setting is ideal for "widening" an
audio signal for general frequency reinforcement.
Full-frequency Cut
Use this setting to reduce full-frequency response. This setting is ideal for controlling over-modulated audio and
reducing overall volume.
Full-frequency Boost
Use this setting to increase full-frequency response. This setting is ideal for boosting low-level recorded audio and
increasing overall volume.
