TROUBLESHOOTING
Description Reason Solution
Washing machine
cannot start up
Door is not closed
properly
Restart after the door
is closed
Check if the clothes is
stuck
Door can’t be open
This is normal.
The safety protection
mechanism is active.
Please wait a few
minutes.
Wait that Program
Cycle is finished. After
washing program is
finished, a few
minutes later door will
be unlocked.
Disconnect the power,
restart the product
Water leakage
The connection
between inlet pipe or
outlet hose is not tight
The Filter cap is not
tight.
Check and fasten
water pipes and Drain
Pump Filter cap.
Clean up outlet hose
and Drain Pump Filter.
Detergent residues in
the box
Detergent is
dampened or
agglomerated
Clean and wipe the
detergent box
Indicator or display
does not light
Disconnect the power
PC board or harness
has connection
problem
Check if the power is
shut down and the
power plug is
connected correctly
Abnormal noise
Fixing bolts still in
place.
Floor is not solid or
level.
Check if the fixing
(bolts) have been
removed
Check it’s installed on
a solid and level floor
