3.2 External Unit self-start
In standby with the screen on or o, pressing the button activates self-start of a specic External Unit:
this function is only available if enabled by the installer during the system conguration phase.
Self-start of an External Unit can also be activated from the Contacts List and from the Favourites screen
. The
conversation is started with the microphone o (mute) and has a maximum duration congured by the installer.
The same icons/commands described above are available on the screen. A further icon displays the remaining
time. Pressing the button below this icon resets the self-start timer.
To restart the self-start timer.
When the timer expires, self-start is ended and the video entryphone returns to standby.
