Operation via Mobile App
This downdraft tower can also be remotely controlled via
a mobile device. Installing the Novy Connect app on your
mobile device will enable you to connect to the downdraft
tower. When the downdraft tower is not connected to the
mobile device itself, the downdraft tower can be operated
using the remote control for the downdraft tower itself.
Set up
To use the Novy Connect application for your downdraft
tower and appliance installation you will need the
following:
• The downdraft tower must be connected to the house
power supply and to be turned on.
• A smartphone or tablet with a current version of iOS
or Android operating system.
• Download the Novy Connect application through your
favorite app store. Your downdraft tower and mobile
device should be within range of each other.
The application will guide you through the entire
procedure. Follow the directions in the application.
